Once more, for everyone's benefit :-)

Using _MY_ W7 (ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin field set to zero) ...

 = Using "my" administrator account

 - from 32-bits cmd (unelevated): regedit opens
 - from 64-bits cmd (unelevated): dito

 - from 32-bits bash (unelevated): dito
 - from 64-bits bash (unelevated): execution denied <====
 - from 64-bits bash (elevated): regedit opens

 = Using an standard user account

 - regedit opens in all cases (w/o requiring consent)
