The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** ruby-tcltk-1.8.7-p358-1
Ruby is an interpreted scripting language for quick and easy
object-oriented programming.
This patch release helps prevent against BEAST attacks with TLS1
(CVE-2011-3389) as described here:
