Bash crash

Hi all,

I'm no active reader of this list, but I thought I should share this,
just in case it helps.

I ran a bash script, copying a few randomly selected files from one
place to another (a jukebox folder). That normally runs just fine. But
this time I got a few strange errors that I was unable to capture
(because the window closed) and a Bash crash.

Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce the crash. The file
bash.exe.stackdump says nothing more than:
  Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION at eip=61020137
  eax=01002F90 ebx=6123A804 ecx=76D1190D edx=002B41B8 esi=00000000 edi=0027F9CC
  ebp=61020890 esp=0027C79C
program=d:\Users\Michel\Packages\Cygnus\bin\bash.exe, pid 5816, thread
main
  cs=0023 ds=002B es=002B fs=0053 gs=002B ss=002B
  Stack trace:
  Frame     Function  Args
  End of stack trace

I think Bash should never crash like this. :-)
It's Bash version version 3.2.51(24)-release (i686-pc-cygwin).
Attached is the output of cygcheck -s -v -r.

Hope this helps...

Groente, Michel.
