Follow the "Problem reports" link below--you'll see:
"Run cygcheck -s -v -r > cygcheck.out and include that file as an
attachment"
If you still have problems after uninstalling completely and
reinstalling, then that 'cygcheck.out' file will help others
diagnose what went wrong.
