setup.exe download has no Content-Length header

Hi!
When downloading http://www.cygwin.com/setup.exe with Firefox, the
server sends no Content-Length header,
so the download manager can not show a percentage progress. Here are
the headers captured with
the Live HTTP Headers plugin:
