Re: Cygwin 1.7 GNU screen freezing when disconnected

Since I couldn't get strace to output anything, I have compiled screen
from source with the -DDEBUG flag set. Attached is two sets of log
files: The background and foreground screen debug logs when I kill
ssh, and the background and foreground debug logs when I start screen,
attach to it, detach, and finally exit the session.

I hope this stuff helps someone with this.

Note that I was having some problems compiling screen, so I renamed
"execvpe" to "myexecvpe" in extern.h, and change the appropriate
messages everywhere else.
