I have tested the patch below and it works. My next question is how do I repackage it so that it will now install. I tried just retarring the csih directory but it does not install as I am assuming the checksum is different and don't know how to recreate it. Can someone please lend a hand? I just need this fixed so that the csih-0.1.8-1.tar.bz2 gets untarred like it should and installed on setup. Right now, I have the corrected one untarred (as patched below) and then just have it copy the contents to the pcs before ssh-host-config and ssh-host-user are run. I would try the new 1.7 version but this is a production environment.
Thanks,
Travis
