RE: Windows CIFS share "ls: reading directory .: permission denied"

Hi, again,

If I didn't give enough information or the correct information, I apologize. I'm really hoping that this is something simple that I'm overlooking. If it's a newbie mistake, please forgive me, but if anyone knows the answer, please let me know or hopefully point me in the right direction.

Thanks,

Ron

I'm trying to use Cygwin to access directories and files within one of these shares, I am a domain admin and should have all the rights I need. The symptoms I'm encountering are that if I cd to a mount point of one of the NAS shares (i.e. /cygdrive/z) and try to do an ls, I get "ls: reading directory .: permission denied". If I cd into a subdirectory that I know is there, it works, but I still can't do an ls.
