You really shouldn't need to worry about the groups for these users. They are created by the 'ssh-host-config' script with the required permissions and groups. They should work for you as they were created. If you're finding this isn't true or if you're just wondering what attributes were used to create them, see the 'ssh-host-config' script.

The 'sshd' user should absolutely *not* be in the Administrators group.  No
way.  No how.
