I really hoped that this discussion would go away but since you're
insistent, let me point out that opinions about disclaimers are
irrelevant as far as the cygwin list is concerned.  Everyone agrees that
disclaimers are annoying and, FYI, *quoting* the whole disclaimer in
your message just compounds the annoyance.

Please use the cygwin-talk list if you want to expound on this any
further.
