Note that the python-sip patch presumes you are using Ports' modular X11
in /usr; if you're still using xorg-x11 from the distro, you will need
to readd the /usr/X11R6 paths as appropriate.
Binary packages are also available in Cygwin Ports, but discussion about
those packages are OT here.
