The most important points being: 1) make sure that absolutely *no* cygwin
apps are running (don't forget to stop any services if you have installed
any), 2) open a cmd.exe DOS shell and launch ash.exe (in the cygwin\bin dir)
from there 3) if it doesn't work after your first try, do the whole thing
again, adding the option "-b 0x65000000".
