Script lives in /home/username/bin/myscript.sh
~/bin $ ./myscript<tab completes>
~ $ ~/bin/myscript<tab completes>
~ $ .~/bin/myscript<DOES NOT complete>
#Without using the complete -c sh

cygdrive/g/ $ ./myscript<DOES NOT complete>
cygdrive/g/ $ ~/bin/myscript<tab completes>
