Fatal error when trying to initialise PostgreSQL in cygwin

I hadn't read that file.
Started the cygserver,   but initdb still crashes.

On the other hand, I have managed to install the native PostgreSQL and connect
to it from cygwin. This solution is perfectly acceptable for me.
