rm -r complains when using 20061130 snapshot or later

When I execute "rm -r" with cygwin1-20061130.dll or later,
rm complains about failing remove directory.
But it actually remove the directory.
This makes "make" utility unhappy.
cygwin1-20061127.dll or earlier works fine.
$ mkdir test
$ ls
test
$ rm -r test
rm: cannot remove directory `test'
$ ls
$
--
