You know, if you were to give us some details of what is not working, we
might actually be able to provide advice.  For example, it may just be a
matter of figuring out which scripts have DOS line endings but reside on
binary mounts.

And including a text attachment of 'cygcheck -svr' output, as mentioned in
this link, would be useful too.
