Actually, I'm wrong.  QT3 *is* part of the Cygwin distribution, but none
of the packages contain a file named qt3.3.sh...  I only see qt3-devel.sh
and qt3-doc.sh...  The maintainer of QT3 (Yaakov Selkowitz) reads this
list, AFAIK, but probably not this thread, so I'm changing the subject to
flag his attention.
