Simpler yet:

net use '\\host\share' /USER:username password
mount //host/share /path/foo/bar

(no need to use up the drive letter).
One more thing to mention is that Cygwin mounts are persistent, so the
second command need only be issued once.  The first will need to be
re-issued on every logon, I think.
