After thinking about it, it depends on the owner of the file, it work as long as I'm the owner.

executable


$ getfacl /c/Programme/Mozilla/mozilla.exe
# file: /c/Programme/Mozilla/mozilla.exe
# owner: gerrit
# group: Domänen-Benutzer
user::rwx
group::---
group:SYSTEM:rwx
mask:rwx
other:---
