No, at least not as you have stated it.  Please read and follow the 
problem reporting guidelines at <http://cygwin.com/problems.html> if you 
need to follow-up on this issue with the list.

A "directory"???

of answers to allot of questions in here (not just your current one).  It's
worth your time to read through it once (or again if you've done so before).
