gnuplot-4.0.0-1 bug

Hi, I am running the current version of cygwin environment on XP.

My problem is gnuplot-4.0.0-1 package, which produces a wrong plot of a data (see attached file timedata.dat) using the command
gnuplot> plot 'timedata.dat' using 1:3

The data points after x=2400 have negative values (y=3th column) in the file but are plotted as positive on the screen.
