SSH doesn't work after KDE3.1.4 installed and rebaseall done

Hi,

	Ok I installed Cygwin without X and SSH'ing to a box worked.  I
'rebaseall -v' and SSH to the box still worked.  Installed X and SSH to
the box worked.  'rebaseall -v' and SSH to the box still worked.
Installed KDE 3.1.4 startX and in the terminal of KDE SSH to the box
still works.  Shutdown X.  Do 'rebaseall -v' startX in the terminal of
KDE SSH gives this:

      3 [main] ? 3936 cygheap_fixup_in_child: Couldn't reserve 9891540

So apparently the step in
http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/kde3/installation.php that says to
'rebaseall -v' are not good at this moment.  

Any idea how to fix this?
