[PATCH] /etc/profile fixes

I have to proposals for /etc/profile of latest Cygwin:

1) Shut up 'tr' which produces error message at least
with zsh ('zsh' doesn't match to [:upper:]).

2) Set same default settings for zsh as for ksh.
