I'm new to the Cygwin world, in fact, I'm prety new to linux.
I'm trying to nstall nmap on CTGWIN and I always get the following ewrror.
error: Failed dependencies:
ld-linux.so.2 is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libc.so.6 is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libm.so.6 is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.0) is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.1) is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.1.3) is needed by nmap-3.50-1
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.2) is needed by nmap-3.50-1
I've seen many posts about difficulties with trying to accomplish this. is it
realistic to get this to work?
Thanks
