Nathalie,

Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce this problem with the latest xfig,
but perhaps the sequence of actions I'm using is different from yours.
Could you please post the exact set of steps that produces the error, as
well as the figure and image you used (if needed).  Once I have the info,
I'll attempt to debug this.
