There is no need to Cc: me, I'm on the list.  I've specifically set the
Reply-To: header to point to the list, please make sure your mailer honors
that.  Thanks.

FYI, Rob Collins is in charge of setup releases.  Rob, care to comment on
the above?  If a new release is out, there's probably no need to update
the FAQ.
