Sorry, 1.3.20 or so.
It doesn't resemble any version number for cygwin or gdb.

It's hardly new at this point.
It's new to anybody who did not read that because at the time they did
not need to run gdb then later were surprised when gdb only had a
command line interface (like me and the poster).
