setup doesn't show installed packages for which there are updates

- Subject: setup doesn't show installed packages for which there are updates
The latest "setup.exe" doesn't seem to have a view that shows
installed packages for which there are updates. The "partial" current
view keeps insisting that some of the XFree86 components will be
installed and it's necessary to explicitly "skip" each to avoid
installing it.
