RE: Cygwin with ScrollWheel Mouse on Win XP

Wow - I found the solution!

Properties for the Cygwin window.. open the Options tab.. make sure
QuickEdit Mode and Insert Mode is selected. That's all I needed to allow the
mouse wheel to scroll in Cygwin under Windows XP!
