[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: sh-utils-2.0.15-2

I've made a new version of the sh-utils available for download. This is
a refresh of the GNU package. I've removed uptime from this package
since it conflicts with the program with similar functionality in
procps. There was also, briefly, a sh-utils-2.0.15-1 package which
lacked 'nohup'. The 'nohup' program is now included.

I just realized that, due to changes in the way I generate packages,
I've also included su.exe in this package for the first time in eons.
However, IT DOES NOT WORK. There are no plans on making it work, or
rather we expect to have this working shortly after the next US manned
lunar mission. Sorry. If this becomes an issue I will repackage a
sh-utils-2.0.15-3 and remove su.exe.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup.
