RE: Cron - how to turn off logging to the Event Log

Beware, in the future, when running setup.exe: new versions of cron are
released from time to time.  You'll either need to avoid upgrading to
the new version, or you'll need to follow these steps for each new
version.  That's the price of having a customized version.
