cygnus internet installation

Hi overthere,

I tried to install cygnus via internet (from the install button
on your homepage, but I allways get an 
error message: "Can't get list of download sites. Make
sure your network settings  are correct and try again."
(see at the attachment).
Nevertheless, my network is ok, I do access IP without
any problems. I'm running Windows NT 4.0 SP 6.
Only the cygnus-setup doesn't work. Could you help?
