cygwin1.dll: cannot close rxvt/tcsh

Two weeks ago, I indicated that the 'close' command of fvwm did not destroy
properly tcsh...

Today, I installed the latest release of 'cygwin1.dll':

Now, if I start rxvt from the DOS batch file, the 'close' command closes the
terminal :) But:
- 'tcsh.exe' is not destroyed (dixit, the task manager of WinXP),
- 'rxvt.exe' seems destroyed,
Then, when I leave WinXP the system cannot stop 'rxvt.exe' !

If I start rxvt from fvwm, WinXP cannot stop 'fvwm.exe'...

Final note: with xterm, the 'close' command works fine :)
