Re: setup.exe -- ver 2.249.2.2 failure


It is completely empty, except for the setup.exe file.  Of course after the
install begins a folder is placed there containing a garbled name of the
selected downloaded site (ie.
'ftp%3a%2f%2fftp.cise.ufl.edu%2fpub%2fmirrors%2fcygwin').
