Wait a moment - are you using the mingw environment
to build the Berekley DB ? This would possibly explain
your previous post - configure couldn't find "select".
mingw is a posix emulation layer - i.e. it provides
posix C library interface and system calls ontop the
Win32 environment, while mingw is a compiler toolchain
based on gnu tools ported to windows.
