RE: mounting linux partition


Linux Mandrake has Linux for Windows. It uses a Windows partion.
I don't have this set up on mine at the moment, though.
I use Linux Mandrake 7.2 I will upgrade it later.

As far as I know CygWin's mount.exe is just intended to mount "logical
Windows
paths" in the POSIX dir tree.
Youd need a driver to "see" a ext2 partition for your Operating System to
actually use that partition.

I don't know of any such driver, though.
