I got
$ info --file /usr/info/bash
info: /usr/info/bash: No such file or directory
BTW, what is
FOO=bar' and `unset FOO'.

These are a builtin of CSH. You're using bash. You need to `export
FOO=bar' and `unset FOO'.

P.S.: `info --file /usr/info/bash' is your friend.
