Linking of code calling OpenGL, GLU, GLUT
-----------------------------------------

Add -lglut32 -lglu32 -lopengl32 to your link command.
                      ^^^^^^^^^^

GetPixelFormat is not a fonction in OpenGL. Use wglGetPixelFormat.
