That's a whopping 1GB, coming from heap_chunk_in_mb setting! Just to make
sure, did you reboot after you installed 1.1.8 to make sure no older DLL
is getting in the way (I know you don't have duplicate versions of cygwin
dll, shown by cygcheck, but this is W98 after all).
