I'm not sure that I understand your question... what is the userId of the
domain?
The users and groups were as extracted with
mkpasswd -d <domainName>
mkgroup -d <domainName>
CYGWIN is "ntsec tty"

Does your local workstation contain a local user account of the same
user id as the domain name you log in with?
What is the value of your CYGWIN variable?
