Thanks for this hint.
In fact, because I had installed b20.1 and 1.1.1 I had two
of those ...i686-pc-cygwin directories.
I renamed those, installed the latest binutils and gcc and now it works.
I'll delete these directories now, that I can rebuild OpenSSH.
