I have and have now read it again and realised that I don't need to compile
mingw, I think???
All I want to do is compile to a .a library (creating a .so library seems to
complecated at the mo)
and then link to a testing program.
So therefore I don't need to link in the extra mignw stuff. I think it should
work with normal
cygwin.
I'm sorry I appear to be missing a simple point on this one, and got me confused
!!!
