You must be running under the bash prompt (you normally get it by starting
the cygnus shortcut on the programs menu) for this to work. Also try "cd /;
mkdir bin" I'm a newbie as far as W2K is concerned, and it has worse
problems with cygwin. Bummer, I thought maybe it would run cygwin as well as
W9x and NT in their good moments.
