Use my df on
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/B20
which has some features:
- It doesn't report raw devices
- It doesn't report drives without media
- It also reports mounted network filesystems.
