It seems that multiple calls of the SetCurrentDirectory() API function
fails under Win95.
The directory is correctly changed after a first call of the function.
All the other calls fail.
I observed this under Win95 and Win95 OSR2 but *NOT* under NT.
The SetWorkingDirectory() function works fine, even with Win95, in the
B19 release.
beta 20.0, Win95 and Win95 OSR2
