Im using CYGWIN32... I thing everything is up... Look:
SET GCC_EXEC_PREFIX=D:\Cygnus\H-i386-cygwin32\lib\gcc-lib\
SET PATH=%PATH%;D:\Cygnus\H-i386-cygwin32\bin
(D is my secondary HD, where the compiller is located)
