I downloaded and gunzip'ed the new-cygwinb19.dll
and when I try to run bash I get the following:

bash. I did add CYGWIN32=tty binmode to the cygnus.bat file per some
article I saw in the archives to get ncurses to compile.
Here is the result I get from typing SET at the command line,
showing all of the environment variables I have set in my DOS
