I have used Nterprise (see http://www.exodustech.com ). It sort of does
what you want, but I don't know if it works with NT 4. It does allow
you to pop up individual windows on a remote X display

I had problems with the product when I evaluated it a year ago which were
never resolved. The program would hang randomly. The tech support response
was basically, "Hmm. It doesn't hang here." Perhaps the product has
improved since I evaluated it...

Another, free, alternative is VNC which is available from
http://www.orl.co.uk/vnc . This nifty program allows the display of the
entire windows desktop on various platforms like linux and windows.
The people who are providing it are extremely courteous and professional.
I've been very impressed by the quality of support that they have been
providing for this free software.

Hope this helps.
