Short answer: Yes.
Not so short answer: For reinstantiating.
Full answer: For going the hard way and debugging ntdll.dll itself
to find out how the original works, *plus* for coming up with a
testcase to reproduce Vista's new methods, *plus* documenting what
the code is doing. The fact that I created the Cygwin code from there
is insignificant in comparison.
