Huh?  It's all plain English.  For the acronym challenged guys (not
Dave, obviously):

 It's Not A Linux Issue, It's A Terminal Issue.  Except You Mean The
 Linux Console, Of Course.  In That Case, I Have No Idea.  I Don't Know
 How To Switch The Linux Console To Another Charset.
